to adventure tourism through an ethical and increasing voluntourism program. In its fifteenth year, Buffalo Tours was ready for introduction to the Australian market and needed a partner for its launch. TWP’s objective was to launch the brand by targeting the travel trade industry. Consumer interest in Indochina was rising stimulated by attractive and accessible airfares, schedules and internal networks. The popular and emerging destinations of Cambodia & Laos compliment Vietnam.

TWP has engaged in an ongoing relationship
with Buffalo Tours and provide business development, distribution partners, sales activity nationally as well as PR services and brand management. TWP is the official company representative in Australia and New Zealand. TWP introduced Buffalo Tours to luxury product in response to high demands, targeting upscale market retail agents.
Results
Following the launch of Buffalo Tours, revenue exceeded US$1 million in its first year in Australia. Furthermore, it has received numerous awards including the 2007 ‘World Savers Award’ by Condé Nast Traveler and the PATA ‘Face of the Future Award’ for outstanding contribution to Asia Pacific travel and tourism. The outbound market for Indochina from Australia remains buoyant and promising for the future.
In 2008, Buffalo Tours is already tracking ahead of budget.
