SIT Italian Travel Specialists features new comprehensive Italian rail options in 2008 brochure.

A full range of product on Italy’s Trenitalia system can now be booked by travel agents through SIT Italian Travel Specialists following its new partnership with International Rail Australasia.

SIT Italian Travel Specialists offer hundreds of hotels, villas, apartments, agriturismi (farmhouses), gourmet tours and walking tours throughout Italy, and now includes Eurail Italy passes and city to city tickets in its services.

SIT can link directly to International Rail Australasia’s booking site, and the operator’s 2008 brochure, which can be downloaded from http://www.southernitaliantours.com.au, features tours, accommodation and rail travel to 17 Italian regions.

Jonathan Hume, Managing Director of International Rail Australasia, said the new partnership with Southern Italian Tours was indicative of the growth in international rail travel.
